It was a huge loss. It exposed the flaws that we've already seen such as a bad chin and stamina. Joshua is a brilliant boxer, but very fragile, and he becomes just half the boxer after just a few rounds, which is dangerous. I'll be honest I can't see how Joshua can beat Wilder. I think Joshua is the better boxer by far, but boxing is not just about ability, it's about mentality, stamina, chin etc. If the fight goes pastjust 4-5 rounds then you heavily got to favour wilder who has shown he can land powerful punches later in the fight.

Personally I do believe something happened behind the scenes before the Joshua fight. The whole body language etc was strange.

Because he fought someone who wasn’t scared, was extremely quick, couldn’t work out his style and never stopped throwing.

Whyte and klitschko totally different styles. He knew he could always land the bingo punch.

Pleading in the corner ‘why is this happening’ and ‘what shot is he hitting me with’ shows he was for the first time fighting a style that didn’t match his, and the guy was prime.

Andy Ruiz, despite being 33-1 with some bookies, turned out to be Joshua’s real gut check. And he failed

    Fanboys? Hardly.

Don't get nervous... you totally dismissed Dillians chances against AJ and i wont let you forget it. And you thought AJ was levels above Dillian.

We'll wait till the AJ/DW rematch so I can remind you how you know jack **** about boxing.

You are just a tourist here with a cup of coffee amused by all the technical talk.

    Get back in the kitchen

    Repect dillians resume and attitude.

He would never of quit like mental midget AJ if it was him in there.

Yes green Dillian got kod by josh, but he fought on with an injured left shoulder. What’s whytes best punch? Left hook.

He was hurt multiple times and went out on his shield like a man.

He got overconfident after the knockdown, got off his gameplan, got caught, and never recovered. He should have been able to recover but to his discredit and his opponent's credit he didnt. That being said I could see him, in a rematch, sticking to his gameplan and not falling into that trap to begin with, similar to the Parker fight.

This is a lazy statement, you need to factor in Wlad being the ***** that he is, not going in for the kill when he had AJ hurt and Whyte's lack of conditioning at the time to take advantage of having hurt AJ. AJ was finally in there with someone with a superior chin, fast hands and someone who has not going to let him off the hook.

How could anyone think in the first place that Whyte would have no chance ?

I mean it wasn‘t like Joshua completely destroyed him and looked invincible in that fight, he almost got knocked out himself by a left hook Whyte threw with an injured left shoulder and that wasn‘t the only punch Whyte landed on him.

Joshua fanboys with a cup of tea talking about how much a football player is worth compared to another...that‘s it.

You are discounting the fact that the opponent now knows that AJ can be hurt and hurt badly the moment you hit him in the face. He is now going to go into the rematch a lot bolder and with a lot more confidence. After the knockdown, AJ hit Ruiz with a few flush right hands, left hooks, upper cuts off his own but Ruiz took it like a Boss and kept on going.

AJ knows that he can't beat this guy.

That fight with Wilder is 90% in Wilder's favor now, Wilder just needs to land once and boy he can on AJ's fragile chin. AJ is not going to be bold enough in that fight knowing Wilder's scary one punch KO ability. I also think AJ's power is over rated as well, Wilder got rid of brazeale in one round whereas it took AJ a sustained beating of 7 rounds to do the same.

Yep like Wlad he can't focus when he is in trouble.. Look at Fury gets hit clean from wilder comes back and dominates the round..

AJ once hurt can't recover.. Both Wlad and AJ are similar its not their chins cause they both kept getting back up but once their brains are scrambled there is no turning back..

Well now you know why I get emotional, flustered and frustrated with these posters/posts.

I am seeing one thing and they are seeing the complete oppositite like paid off WBC judge officials.

Many on here have said Dillian gets KOd faster than the last time and he would lose plain and simple.

I never said Dillian would woop AJ, but he has a strong chance to beat AJ based on how he has improved... what he achieved in the first bout... and AJ's obvious flaws highlighted on Saturday.

That’s a “lazy statement”. How long did it take wilder to get rid of Molina?

Amazing how one fight can really expose a fighters fragilities.

A wilder KO1 is not out the question now. Joshua will always have that ko in his mind. Eddie must be sick
