Somebody explain this to me quickly. Is it 180 days for the fight to take place or 180 days for an agreement to be reached?

An agreement to be reached. I believe I read a while back that the Joshua-Ruiz 2 winner had until May to actually fight Usyk.

Joshua should either fight him now or never fight him. What's the point in waiting for him to find his feet? He's also at the kind of weight he would presumably want for Usyk.

Hasn’t got much choice if he wants to keep all the belts.

He definitely wants to keep all the belts, who wouldn't, but if he wants to avoid Usyk he can just let one fall. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't cost him a penny and it might even swell his coffers given that he can actually fight a unification down the road (can't see Joshua-Wilder coming off).

That’s what I see happening. Usyk wins the vacant title and then unifies against Joshua.

There is certainly plenty of time for Joshua to fight Pulev in March and Usyk in June.

Hell, Wilder just fought a couple weeks ago and he's supposed to fight Tyson Fury in late February.

But given how skittish Joshua seemed against Ruiz on Saturday, I think he'll dump one of the belts.

It seems like it would be easier to make a Usyk fight, since both work with Hearn. Pulev is a Bob Arum guy, and Arum hates Hearn. And Pulev has appeared to be circling waiting for a vacant title fight for a while now.

Pulev seems to be the easier opponent, but a harder fight to make.

Usyk is the easier fight to make, but Joshua is such a sucker for a left hook, and Usyk being a southpaw, that seems like the matchup Hearn would not want to take at the moment.

Truthfully, I wouldn't be surprised if Joshua dumps one belt, and then loses to whomever he chooses to fight.

He seemed to over react every time Ruiz threw a punch Saturday.

It'll be interesting to see who they choose.

    Hmmmm.

Only 180 days to face Usyk.

I see AJ dropping the WBO belt here.

Joshua should fight Pulev in MSG New York and see if it was just coincidence that he looked like Superman that ate Kryptonite when he fought the Blob and got destroyed! He was even laying on the ropes during the pre-fight crap like he'd ran a marathon, who did the ROIDS Tests in Diarrhoea, Saudi Arabia?? He obviously wasn't Juiced properly in MSG!!

Or agree a date to fight by June. It’s clear AJ will fight Pulev in March, April or May followed by Usyk in the Summer.

Depends on how much control Hearn has over Usyk, we'll know for sure if Usyk shows up and just chases Joshua around the ring eating jabs like the Blob did and not let his hands go!

Yeah Joshua needs lots of rest and relaxation after riding on his bicycle for 12 grueling rounds against the Blob!
