So DAZN is a monthly subscription for USA residents only ? And they will get this PPV included yet in the UK were expected to cough up for it even if your a sky sports subscriber.

I believe so yes, and a chunk of his British boxers are on their upcoming cards because he does not have enough American boxers.

Which ever way, hard to think the UK audience is not being short changed.

I’d like a commitment from Hearn that he’d show a minimum number of British/English Title fights a year with non Matchroom fighters. It would cost next to nothing, give exposure to boxers who wouldn’t normally get on TV and make these PPV undercards more enjoyable for the domestic audience.

At the moment the PPV is being kicked off by a fighter from Uzbekistan taking on a Nicaraguan.

Kuzmin and Giyasov fights would have been part of the Povetkin deal. Imagine hes getting a hefty purse aswell. Hearn would have had to given up quite a bit to stop Ryabinsky trying to take it to Russia. Though wouldn't be surprised if Matchroom have some sort of involvement in Kuzmin and Giyasov going on from tonight.

Asforementioned it wouldn't be hard to stick a 50/50 domestic dust up at English- British level just to pace out the night.

So, one of the fights Eddie stuck up an injured fighter. Solid start.
