I said he fought 10x better fighters and he did. He also LOST to 10x better fighters than Andy Ruiz

Witherspoon, Carl Williams, Coetzee, Lennox, 89 Tyson, a peak Smith, Atomic Bull, 96 Tyson; all umpteen times better than a grossly overweight Ruiz, grossly past his prime Wlad and grossly undersized Povekin. Parker? Please.

Ruiz was 300lb. Come on. It was laughable. Even then, Joshua ran.

When did you see Bruno run around the ring? Stood toe-to-toe with TYSON in their rematch. No comparison.

Out-jabbing Lennox vs out-jabbing Joseph Parker. Come on.

I agree with almost everything you say here except the doubting of Bruno’s chin,

Big Frank fought some mega powerful knockout specialists and only got floored badly by James Smith. Even against Tyson Bruno only suffered a flash knockdown in the 1st but ended the fight on his feet.

Beaten by Tim Witherspoon but never knocked down
Beaten by Lennox Lewis but never knocked down

Importantly Bruno was ahead on points against Lewis, Witherspoon & Smith and had rocked PRIME Mike Tyson to his boots.

Always underrated, ridiculed and written off but Frank Bruno was no joke for anyone who faced him!
Many talked the talk then found themselves eating that hammer of a jab and suddenly knew he was a serious hitter.

Stamina was his biggest flaw, he trained himself so hard and could never be faulted for his dedication but he was heavily muscled and didn’t seem to work on anaerobics enough.

I’d give Bruno a fair chance of beating anyone in today’s Heavyweight Division because of his excellent fundamentals and immense heavy handed power! However I’d favour Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua to avoid his right hand and catch him later in the Championship rounds.

    Joshua by stoppage rd 11
    Fury on Points 115 - 113

Yeah he did really well didn't he in all those fights.

Bruno was thoroughly outboxing Witherspoon, Bonecrusher and Lennox, and had Tyson out on his feet. Not even Larry Holmes was able to outjab Carl The Truth Williams like Bruno did. Williams had a tremendous, phenomenal jab - Joshua is simply not in that class.

Joshua still looks novicey in his 30s. Bruno was hugely accomplished technically in his early 20s.

I much prefer Bruno as a personality but losses do not mean more than wins. Ok he done well against some names, but eventually got ko’d.

He’s unified, lost, became x2, and overall is going to finish with a more impressive career

    Charles Martin man. Charles Martin.

When Bruno fought Smith and Spoon, there were only two titles total. The other champion was a guy called Larry Holmes, perhaps the best pure boxer lb4lb other than Whitaker and Pep. We're not talking Charles Martin, Joseph Parker or 45 year olds.

    What does that even mean?

It's a weak era. It isn't the same. They aren't as good. History will show this, trust me.

Bruno knocks Joshua out. People seem to forget that Bruno only lost to top quality opposition. He lost to two ATGs and two high quality opponents(Witherspoon and Smith). Joshua has a loss against an obese opponent.
