Here's what you need to beat Joshua: 1. Rock solid chin 2. Good work rate 3. Head movement 4. Decent power Dubois ticks 2 of those boxes but his chin and movement would let him down. He's got a punchers chance, that's it. Would bloody love to see him win though
Ah, My bad mate I just don't like Aj and assumed you thought I wouldn't credit him lol If he starches top guys? He will 100% get credit from me I can't give off about people never crediting Fury, while I do the same I will fully support Dubois, but I expect to be bitterly disappointed
Yea... I don't like AJ much either, but credit has to be given where it's due. It'd be nice to see Dubois win - he's not even prime yet and mixing it up nicely... Hard to see past him dominating the scene once the current big players retire, but there's guaranteed to be guys who come out of nowhere.
Agreed buddy To be fair with Dubois he is fighting everyone He took a chance against Joyce, didn't payoff, but he has since fought anyone
Exactly - he's stepped up young, taken the big challenges and risked taking losses... And he's learned from the losses as well as the wins. Yes, he's dirtier than I'd like - but he's competitive before he's even prime and he's not wasting the opportunity to learn from the previous generation. He's doing it how it's supposed to be done - becoming the best he can be, instead of looking after appearances.
This is a nice fight. I thought the results would be closer, nevertheless I back AJ to stop Dubois. Can see a similar outcome to AJ V Ngannou. Although if Dubois can bully and outmuscle AJ and really get on the frontfoot with an effective enough jab then it could get interesting. Dubois is a tough fight still for AJ - Hrgovic was a brilliant victory for him.
AJ will be cautious and respect Dubois power and stamina. I think AJ will opt to out box him behind the jab and control the pace before stopping him in the later rounds.
aj is too good and hits too hard. doesnt even have to get creative, just basic boxing. stops him in 6.
I like Dubois and he is an improving fighter but there is no need to rush him into this fight which he is not ready for yet. Joe Parker or Dillian Whyte will make more sense at this stage and a more winnable fight. Dubois has a real chance of becoming heavyweight champion of the world but he should not be rushed in again like he was with both Joe Joyce and Usyk fights.
I think Joshua will win but it could be by UD. Joshua can win a points victory without taking too many risks. Use his better movement, faster hands and footwork to pot shot Dubois at distance. The new improved Dubois , while still having a poor defence, is not easy to put away and Jushua may decide it's too risky given Dubois's serious power.
No, he will lose, but he has put himself in the position to challenge No point moving backwards, he could get lucky? Yes Aj most likely stops him mid rounds
