I still think even now Joshua KO's him. I don't see Fury doing what he did to an old Wlad with a young AJ....I see Joshua catching him as he will be constantly letting his hands go and eventually he will land. Then Fury goes to sleep.

I think Fury is good, but apart from his big win (boring fight though) vs Wlad he's never really made me think he's the man of the division. I still half expect Wlad to KO him in the rematch. But that all depends on Wlad, maybe he is now past it at 40yrs old. Maybe if he lets his hands go and fights with a sence of urgency he takes his belts back.

For me though even right now I'd fancy Joshua to KO Fury if it happened anytime in the near future. Even the bookmakers over here see it the same!

Anyway lets see what you all think........

    Fury ko in 8/9.

Too much too soon for Joshua at this stage in his career. Fury would be hitting the target with his jab all night making Joshua reset. Fury is too fluid to just sit there and let Joshua tee off on him plus he is the much bigger and stronger man.

I could see Fury slowly breaking Joshua down and stopping him mid to late rounds.

Fury destroys Joshua. I don't think anyone half sane would take Johsua's IBF title win over a complete tomato can any seriously.

Joshua would have a punchers chance and a better one the Wlad has due to being more aggressive but at this stage I'd favour Fury to win a decision.

Fury has proven himself unlike Joshua and I think his size, jab and movement would pose Joshua problems. Joshua will need better head and upper body movement if he is to compete with the taller, rangier Fury. Wlad's lack of head and upper body movement meant he couldn't find a way in without getting caught and AJ would have similar issues. Joshua will also need a more authoritative jab to jab his way in.

    Fury beats Joshua.
The main threat to Fury is Wlad, that's a fight Fury might well lose.

Joshua has been able to be aggressive due to the sheer lack of quality of opponents. Just like when Price was blitzing everyone until the minute he let up in class he lost.

Now imo Joshua is better and more talented than Price but it still stands that he has yet to fight a top opponent, Whyte is British level.

I have the bigger, more fluid Fury over the more powerful AJ. Boxers usually beat punchers.

I think Fury is the much physically stronger of the two, which will take a toll if they tie up, which you think Fury would be looking to do in the early rounds.

As already proven, Fury beats Wlad stylistically. The only way Fury loses is if he gets reckless and caught. Aside from Wladimir though, I do agree that Fury doesn't have any serious threats in the division. Haye could be a threat purely based on his fast counter punching style, but that's about it.

I agree, it could go that way. Tough to say the nature of how the fight will play out. And AJ certainly could win, I'm not ruling it out. I just think Fury has a lot of physical advantages over AJ and only one big deficiency, but he's shown he can deal with an ultrapowerful SHW atg, already.

    Very true.

Although Wlad had slipped and was 39 Fury dealt with him ex exceptionally well. Imo I think Wlad beats Joshua and as you said Fury already beat a ultra powerful fighter who is much technically better in Wlad.

In this fight Fury would stay back and throw as few punches as possible just like he did against Wlad. Is Joshua going to be able to get to Fury if he does that? I don't think so. Fury by borefest UD.

The polls are about right so far, I think. I'd give Joshua about a 25% chance of a ko victory and virtually no chance of a decision victory, unless he kd's Fury repeatedly and Fury survives to a decision loss.

Until i see Fury control another elite heavy i am of the feeling that styles make fights and Vlad and his lack of bravery just happened to be perfect for Fury. I hope im wrong im a big Fury fan but i still feel had Vlad been a little bit braver and came back at Fury we may not of had a new world champion.

Joshua looks like a monster. Yeah it was only Charles Martin he just beat but he beat him like a true heavyweight big gun would, early and in style. He is a bit square on and doesnt move his head much but so far he hasnt really needed to. So until Fury shows he can dismantle ANY other Boxers game plan like he did to Vlad im not fully confident he can.

Right now, I'd favor Fury. In 2 years from now, I might favor Joshua.
