Hearn has said they have agreed to a rematch by December it`s a two-fight deal set for this year.

It's still not official. I feel like there is some kind of mind games going on between the two sides. Or alternatively, that Fury is looking for a way out to get a tune up first.

We know the Wilder situation is still up in the air. That's likely what is holding this shambolic negotiation up.
