Joshua vs. Hrgovic? Eddie Hearn has a backup plan if his fight against Tyson Fury falls through.

Wallin is already hyped to like hes a top contender. But you're going to pretend that wasn't the case and he's magically just now being hyped as a way to boost AJs resume.

Just like Takam was hyped in the same way long before he was ever a potential AJ opponent.

 

And Wallin was hyped by Fury and his fanatics.

 

Wallin is a durable southpaw with an OK chin and OK skillset and he did well against Fury. But I don't think he is even TOP20. lel

 

Either one of those three gets criticised by the usual crowd.

Wallin - feather fisted Fury leftovers with no good wins on his resume.

Zhang - ancient kidney-problems giant whom Joshua already KOed in the amateurs and who lost his last fight to a hypejob.

Hrgovic - hypejob who should have lost his last fight to Zhang and never beat anyone good in his career.

From a fan-friendly POV the Zhang fight is best, even though Joshua likely pummels him.

 

Well he has a punch, but so does Joshua, and Joshua isn't a million years old with defective kidneys.

 

I have been saying that I see concentration problems since his debut. Reminds me of Michael Moorer.

 

Joshua didn't KO Zhang in the amateurs, he did KD him, but he only won the actual fight by 15-11. I think the weight gain has helped Zhang's power and chin a lot, so I give Zhang quite good chances.

 

People are so programmed to react to the 'current thing' it's translated to boxing. Hrgovic looked horrible in his last fight. A performance that warrants a question mark over his career. Yet people want to draw a line under it...
