    He has until the end of the day to announce a fight with a Ring top5 rated Heavyweight, which could until yesterday only be Povetkin (who just signed the Price fight), as the rest was already fighting eachother. So it's basically just a formality from this point on.

    It's certain the Ring belt won't be on the line for Joshua vs Parker though.
