Parker is going to Hughie Fury the hell out of AJ.

Two things I hope he (and pretty sure he will) does different to Hughie:

    a) Actually make meaningful attempts to beat AJ up
    b) Not be a little ***** if he loses

I'd have to favor Joshua, but I definitely think Wilder could pull it off.

In the Wlad fight, Joshua had to spend a few rounds recuperating after getting knocked down. Wlad ended up just letting that slide and trying for the decision.

Wilder would not have let that happen.

If Wilder lands a good hit on Joshua, which he would have 12 rounds to do, he would not let AJ off the hook.

On the other hand, Wilder was strong enough to wrap up Ortiz after getting rocked. I doubt Wilder could hold down Joshua.

Word is that Parker was looking VERY good in sparring with Tony Yoka. Yoka isn't Joshua, but it does sound like all the talk about Parker being in the shape of his life is not just Parker's camp blowing smoke - this is definitely shaping up to be a pretty awesome fight.

You people actually think Parker will win on the cards if it goes the distance?

Parker went to war with Takam, a guy Joshua gave a boxing lesson to with 2 weeks notice.

This isn't a 'close fight' and is only relevant because of the extra belt AJ will add to his collection.

    Yoka?

    Seriously?

His choice of sparring partners really shows his true level.

Errr, the people he has beaten gives a pretty good indication of his "true level". He is a legit top 5 operator which funnily enough means he is an elite heavyweight. Where he fits in that top 5 will be clearer soon.

Well he's already defeated the longest reigning HW champ in history inside the ring.....

So everyone is a come down after that.

    I agree....

UD by 1 or 2 rounds over Takam and a SD against Hughie Fury shows us his 'true level'.

Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Ortiz, Povetkin all above him, so he isn't top 5.

Just to be clear here, your evidence of him not being that good is that he beat Takam (Joshua's 2nd hardest fight) and Fury (not an SD, no judge had Fury winning).

Drugfuelled KO aside, Parker of two years ago had Takam more convincingly beaten than Pedvetkin did and has had gained more experience against more difficult (Ruiz and Hughie) opponents since then. I would say at this stage he is at worst equal with a clean Povetkin. Tyson Fury is not an active heavyweight.

Parker's 3rd hardest fight was two years ago, while injured, against Joshua's 2nd hardest opponent.

JP is Samoan Slick. Gypsy Slickness>>all other forms of Slickness but Samoan Slickness is often accompanied by Samoan Sledgehammer power and Samoan Steel Cheen.

Because you have a hard fight against an opponent doesn't mean he's decent lol.

Parker is a younger Takam, as we saw in his fight with Takam.

Joshua wins this too easily for a HW unification fight.
