I don't think he was shook up.

He took an excellent left hook square on the chin off a massive puncher and still kept himself on his feet whilst being knocked off balance.

Plus I'd take being knocked off balance by Price as opposed to being KTFO with 16oz gloves on in sparring.

One of, if not the biggest mismatch in boxing history at the elite level. I guess facing tiny little midgets with ridiculous size and muscle advantages is the norm these days in boxing? Especially when making it seem like such insane mismatches are supposed to be credible match ups and credible victories when they're actually not in reality?

With the astronomical advantages Anthony Joshua holds over Alexander Povetkin. Anything short of an easy victory with 0 difficulties would have to be seen as a huge failure by Joshua. That means, Joshua should totally demolish and inflict long term damage on Povetkin's health in extremely short time whilst not getting hit by a single meaningful punch from Povetkin and whilst also not losing a single round. Otherwise, Joshua would have to be considered one overrated fraud!

And even if Joshua wins, he deserves 0 credit for a victory over a totally, disgustingly, gruesomely, astronomically and insanely outmatched opponent who pretty much has no chance of winning with all intents and purposes.

I'm not interested in this fight whatsoever. But if it must happen, Joshua must be able to win with ridiculous / astronomical ease if he is to be taken seriously as a respectable SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT!

Hopefully there are stretchers, ambulances and hospitals around for the sake of the tiny little midget sized Russian's health.

I guess Joshua enjoys picking on little midgets that are totally outmatched in every which way. And only fights opponents his own size who are old and way past their best.

    @Luis Fernando

    Joshua doesn't want Povetkin....

    He wants Wilder/Fury....

    Even Whyte 2.....

We need to enforce a super-heavyweight division imo, for us to get more interesting matchups.

I'd rather watch Povetkin/Parker/Ortiz sized guys fight each other.

I agree! Add David Haye to the mix as well. The likes of Povetkin, Haye, Takam and etc. have no business being in the same weight division, never mind in the same ring as giant SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS like Anthony Joshua, Klitschkos and Tyson Fury. I don't understand why the boxing commission doesn't do somethingabout this problem. How long would it take, before everyone realizes that no matter who skilled or how good small heavyweights are, they don't stand much of a chance at success against elite SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS or in an era full of ELITE SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS?

You could argue though, if Usyk can make Cruiswerweight, why can't these dudes?

    Good fight
Glad it's happening now with Povetkin still having something left and thud still having a chance to pull a major upset.

Joshua is building quite a resume in the little number of fights he had

He'd have fought the WBC ranked 1,2,3,5 and 9.....Whilst being ducked by 6 (Pulev).

The WBC should enforce him as mandatory lol.

Wow if this fight happens respect to both men. And I actually believe it’s the best fight for the division although Wilder’s bout would receive more hype.

You picking every AJ opponent to beat him is getting embarrassing now!

You picked Martin, klitschko, Parker all to stop AJ and have been proved wrong every time.

You are allowed to get on the band wagon :bananaridenow

There were rumours Whyte vs Pulev will be on the undercard of Aj vs Povetkin. The winner gets AJ

The only time he fought ELITE SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS (like Lennox Lewis), he lost.

True! Or create a new weight division from 200 - 225 pounds. Some boxers are naturally 225 pounds and athletic. But they could be too big for the cruiser weight division whilst too small for the heavyweight division against elite SUPER HEAVYWEIGHTS.
