I would like to watch AJ vs Takam next. Takam is solid contender who gave hell to Povetkin and Parker. He's skilled HW with good chin and defense. That would be great experience for AJ.

    Who wins this fight?

Joshua. Would give Joshua some good rounds, like he did Parker.

Joshua would win. Either grinds him down and stops him late or wins on points.

Takam doesn't really deserve a shot having just lost to Parker, don't see why AJ would fight the guy his mandatory just beat. I'd prefer if he just fought Parker.

Agreed on both counts. Joshua beats Takam, but there's no point in taking the fight other than trying to one up Povetkin and Parker. Joshua/Parker is the fight to make atm, but does either camp want it? I'm not so sure about that....

Joshua said he wanted the fight after he beat Breazeale and Parker said he wanted the fight in response the day after, so I think both men want it. Question is do their backers think they are ready for such a test.

Based on recent performances I reckon Joshua is probably more ready than Parker, Parker in 2 years will be MUCH more dangerous as his rate of improvement looks to be on a steeper trajectory - Joshua looks nearer but not at his peak. The fight would benefit Joshua to happen sooner rather than later.

I favor Joshua to win, but anyone who thinks Parker is not a live body in this fight don't have any place commenting on boxing.
