    I agree, but Joshua is going to be in the ring too. Joshua is going to be waiting for Usyk to start getting the motor running, which will in turn leave him open for the counter. Joshua is a good good counter puncher and has very explosive power. Usyk hasnt been hit with anything as big as what he will be hit with in september. I think this fight is going to come down to 2 things.. 1. If Usyk can gas him out, or 2. If Usyk can take the punch. Either way, it makes for a compelling matchup

    AJ isn’t going to go all out for the KO in the first 3 rounds and empty his tank like Chisora did. You can’t rate the early rounds against Chisora as being indicative of how good Usyk is at HW.

    Usyk’s superior foot movement, hand speed and boxing ability with angles will cause AJ so many problems.

    He needs to be alert for the first 3-4 rounds to not get caught. But after that I see Usyk dominating and out landing AJ.

    I rate Usyk as having a good chance of winning a decision or getting a late KO. I favour him 60/40 in the fight and will be choosing him to win.

    Usyk has a chance, he's clearly the better technical boxer and has a significantly higher ring IQ.

    I'd like to see him do it, but I just can't feel confident that it's going to happen.

    Giving up 3" in height and 4" in reach isn't going to help, nor is the huge disparity in power.

    I don't think this is a prime Usyk by any means, I don't think he's come up to dominate the division so much as to collect a big payday, which noone can blame him for.
    Against Chisora he didn't quite look as dominant as I'd have liked, the weight gains and passage of time had shaved a little off his blistering CW speed in that fight and he's coming into this one heavier again by the looks of it. I'm not saying he didn't win that fight, I think he did, but at the same time it wasn't quite the dominant showing of a champion in waiting, especially given a 4" reach advantage in his favour that should've made the job a teeny bit easier.

    Usyk's a serious fighter, I just think this is a step too far at heavy right now and he's arguably moved up too late to go on and dominate the division.

    Losing 8-9 rounds and being badly hurt and nearly dropped in the 8th or 9th, whilst you are gassed because you blew your load early…

    He did Ok given the fact he is what he is.

    I feel like this is what you want to happen. The reality is Aj will win a (possibly controversial) decision against Usyk and fight Fury next year

    Of course he is, but he isn't necessarily fast, and he doesn't cut the ring off exceptionally well. So who's to say Usyk doesn't just go the ultra negative Loma-Teo route for the first 6 rounds? After all, Usyk hs no problem taking his sweet time. Personally, if it weren't such a risk to take with biased British refs loving their Brit stoppages.... if I were Usyk, I'd fake getting hurt, go reeling back against the ropes, let AJ go on the attack swinging for the fences, Usyk can shell up making himself into the shape of an egg, bobs and weaves his way away from all of the dangerous shots. Then AJ will be gassed, and Usyk takes him out in the next round.:D

    Possibly. But i think Wilder is coming with vengeance on his mind, while Fury is thinking past Wilder. We can see wilder knocking out Fury next month, and Maybe, just MAYBE... a USYK upset in sept.

    If Usyk goes the slow start route he will see himself behind on points, in a predicament where he has to try for the KO IN which he puts himself at risk of getting KOed himself. Hes gotta be consistent from round 1 to round 12 in order to pull off the upset in my mind.

    Usyk has a solid chance vs Joshua. He is quick footed, fast hands with enough power to keep opponents honest. Angles and hitting the body then moving up top will be key. Joshua does not have good stamina, which could play a crucial role as the fight enters later rounds.

    Usyk, the epitome of The Road Warrior. Will the judging be objective and fair...

    No another option includes Aj by KO/TKO. I didn't choose it and i highly doubt its going to happen because Usyk is a small mobile target and his chin is solid. The reality is Joshua will win a close decision because he is the A side and when Aj wins people will claim that Aj has no chance against Fury because he "struggled with a blown up Cruiserweight"

    And then when Fury and Aj finally fight. Aj is going to knock him out.

    This isn't what i want to happen, this is what will happen. It's fine if you don't believe. You'll watch it unfold, but all credit to you if you end up being right
