Im thinking double, possibly triple the buys

Joshua will prove himself as the new PPV king in the next few years

    Is it PPV ?
Because on Boxrec the only Sky Box office is Wlad vs Fury
Joshua vs Whyte is on Sky Sport

Those are 2 very different situations. If Joshua fights Parker in the states and doubles GGG-Lemieux on HBO PPV, that will mean something.

Hearn is yet to announce it as PPV but its set in stone. The event sold out the O2 arena in London in 4 hours

With the same HBO hype Joshua-Parker would generate easily double the PPV buys of GGG-Lemieux. At only 25 years old, a HW KO artist looking unbeatable, Joshua is realistically most likely the next superstar of boxing

In the UK perhaps, it wouldn't even be a PPV fight in the states right now.

    of course, they're Brits!
Haype vs Fraudley and probably even Cleverly vs Bellew II did more buys, but that tells you more about the people who buy that **** as about the worth of the PPV

If the HBO hype machine was behind AJ like it is GGG, the fight would turn the casuals on ALOT more and generate many more buys. Joshua has the potential to be a huge global star, the biggest we've seen in boxing since Tyson

That is an unfair comparison, GGG and Lemieux are both based in the US so of course a Joshua fight would not outsell that on HBO. If Joshua has a big fight in the UK he would smash 150k buys like the upcoming Whyte fight will sell much more PPVs on Sky.

Whyte is virtually unknown in the UK, this fight is being sold off the back of Joshuas star power alone. Even master salesman Haye couldn't have managed that

Whyte is being marketed as the guy who beat Joshua in the amateurs. That's a pretty good marketing point considering people expect to see Joshua to take a real challenge, and this is the best (at least mental) challenge in his career.
