I don't think Parker poses any issues. Looked terrible against Takem and is yet to be tested at anything above domestic level. I'm not saying AJ is the finished article or even the no1 in the division, just that Parker is wideopen for the counter and stand tall and square. Having said that, would be good to see him land on AJ to see what happens. AJ inside 5
He looked terrible against a guy who is levels better than anyone AJ has fought so far. Not saying Parker wins but he has the better win.
Parker`s single best win is way better than any of Aj wins. With that being said...i think its way too early for this matchup.Parker might get ruined over night or Aj instead.
OK, think about this for a second. A lot of people had Takam pretty even or ahead against Povetkin before he got KO in the 10th, only 18 months earlier so its not like he suddenly faded... he actually came into the Parker fight looking in better shape and more confident. Parker won a hard fought but convincing (as in, there is no argument about it) win. Basically unless someone manages to KO Takam in the first 3 rounds the odds are they'd going to receive punishment. Takam makes people look vulnerable, Parker wasn't as good as he could or should have been but what he did on the day worked. The same Parker against Breazeale would have done similar to what Joshua did to Breazeale, if not better - hell even Mansour was more convincing against Breazeale than Joshua was.
