For once compubox stats were correct - Joshua threw more punches and landed more punches. How can anyone watch especially on second viewing and tell me Klitschko won any of those rounds? Granted he would have won the 5th easily if not for the knockdown... But that's all if's and buts. It must be hardcore helmets who are bitter of AJ. Joshua won more rounds than Klitschko and round 11 was on its way to being a 10-7 & people are moaning about the scorecards? Do me a favour as old fish eyes would say
I like the dude, but nope. If you want to score all of them for Joshua you can, but certainly not clearly.
Joshua won the first 5 rounds and arguably the 9th round, the 11th round would have been a 10-7 round if the ref wouldn't have stopped the fight. If the ref wouldn't have stopped the fight, AJ would have won the fight 115-110 at least but i don't think that there was a chance for Wlad to survive the 11th round, never mind the 12th round.
Are you implying that I think AJ won the first 5 rounds because he threw power shots? Well, no. AJ threw more and landed more, the stats have been released and they are accurate - it's easy to analyse it yourself since the first 4 rounds were a dull in action. In round 2 Klitchsko landed 4 punches compared to Joshua landing 12 and many people gave Wlad the round. Wtf
