Another thing is,joshua is getting flack for his opposition, when you consider aj is going to fight klitschko next.take into consideration, tyson at that stage would be going in with jessie ferguson.
Foreman was going in with james.j.woody.
And ali would be going in with doug jones.
Infact when apart from leon spinks in a fight with a shot to **** ali has anyone been pushed on too soon.
He is a gym addict and loves to learn so he is only going to get better, win or lose vs wk hes going to be a scary prospect in 3 or 4 years if hes not now.
Wilder isnt going to improve because hes had close to 40 fights and hes still struggling against bums

I'm not saying that Wilder beats him, but all it would take is for one of those windmills to come crashing home and it could be lights out for Joshua. AJ has better technique, is faster, punches straighter, etc., but I'm not sold on his chin or defense. I could see him outboxing Wilder like Washington did before getting KO'd.

That said, AJ could very well capitalize on Wilder's reprehensible defensive flaws and wildly inaccurate punching and score himself a big KO win. It wouldn't take a great fighter to do that really, but I wouldn't pick AJ with such great confidence. He's still an unknown quantity to a large extent.

Look at that them actually fight! Lol

Szpilka would have been destroyed in 3 rounds by Joshua, if Joshua wanted to get the rounds in ofc. If he just wanted an early night to nandos round 1.

Wilder is a tall guy and his jab has enough POP to keep AJ at bay. I would love to see the fight but let's not get carried away thinking AJ will just walk inside and KO Wilder bro

Washington "started" boxing at age 30. Four years later he is fighting the WBC ( whole bologna with cheese) champion and giving him more than he can handle with just a jab. Joshua would absolutely destroy him. Wilder is a bum. A bum. Should be putting his winnings in a soup company.

Wild swings are well and good, well they're not when it takes past 5 to get rid of small chinny cruiserweights, slow ex football players, slow fat Eric Molina.

Missed wild punches and limited non energy conserving footwork is an actual blasphemy for top world champion fighters.

Wilder must work ultra hard in the gym because he is very fit to go round after round throwing his weight into every punch and having to pick himself off the floor due to balance problems and tying his legs into knots.

Look at how composed Joshua is. He'd just stiffen the wildman with the jab every 5seconds of each round.

    Mismatch!

Wilder has enough POPin every punch he throws. But good shw jabbers don't get outboxed by small hws like spillka.

    Wilder isn't a good jabber.

Great jabbers like Tyson Fury can control a fight with the jab, as can klitchko even pulev.

Joshua would follow wilder a jab with the right hand. He has an actual game plan in there, plots and fients. Wilder looks clueless, gets hit all the time against not top fighters. Watch the klitchko fight soon. This will be a top contest.
Klitchko may beat Joshua, but at least they are both top skilful smart fighters. I bet while it lasts we will see patience and quality work from both.

I give Wilder 3 rounds. It is obvious now Wilder will be getting outboxed, but unlike against Washington, Joshua has power behind all of his punches. Wilder will be getting knocked around and then dropped and finished within 3 rounds.

He better try to get him out early because after that the fight favors Wilder who's the more patient fighter. If the fight goes more than 5 rounds I would favor Wilder but without a doubt Joshua would be the favorite early.

    Keeping Joshua at bay...

Joshua is no short and slowfooted punch bag.

In reality Joshua's the one to keep Wilder at bay.

Sharper and heavier punches. Just look at Washingtons slow jabs...

I dont think it would go past 5.but if it did i cant see how it works into wilders favour.
Aj has gone beong 5 twice and hes carried his power and has still been going strong both times

I'm playing it safe by picking Klitschko too, because if Klitschko doesn't pulled it off, I can think of at least 10 get out of jail excuses I can use already and that means I don't have to give Joshua any credit, so my continued insistence that Joshua is a hype job still stands!!!

    Winner, winner chicken dinner.
