    Some numbers:
AJ vs whyte - $25M purse
AJ vs Klitschko - $40M purse
    AJ vs Takam - $ 30M purse
AJ vs Parker - $35M purse

Wilder vs Arreola - $1.6M purse
    Wilder vs Washington $1.2M purse
Wilder vs Stiverne $1.8 M purse

Wilder thinks he is a star and he has the nerve to ask for 50-50 he shouldnt even get 90-10 Looool

And think this clown expects people to believe he deserves a 50-50 split

Anyone over the age of 10 realizes he is intentionally pricing himself out because he don’t want to fight

Wilder himself knows good and well He don’t deserve half the money

the devaluing of the american currency highlights the price disparity

but its the fact tht team wilder have not matched him with legit opponents have meant tv companys have not bought into him .

he should have been matched with homegrown fighters

    jennings/miller/brezeale/mansour etc etc
domestic rivalry would have increased his fanbase way more.

these fights should have been made on the way up
    or title fights

getting duhaupus/spilzka/molina/ does not bring in new fans in fact it turns fans /casuals off

joshua 14 -0 fights v whyte 16-0 propelled them into a huge grudge match fight for what was a figght between 2 novices

but it caught the publics attention and attracted casuals to the sport.

team joshua took a risk it paid off he is now getting mega paydays

imo this fight v ortiz is his first big risk

    AJ V whyte $ 25 million ?

you want to revise that downwards 8 million i would guess.

klitchko they got 15 million each uk money so what 1.40 to the dollar last i saw would be more than 40 million usa money

i remember 31 million for takam being the conversion into usa money

parker guesswork but more than the takam fight less than klitchko is sensible.

Wilder knows he’s ain’t getting 50/50 right?i mean I was just under the impression he was selling the fight as is the way of things now.
I don’t think he’s that delusional and when it happens he’ll take his 35% which is very generous anyway

You cant blame these people for wanting 50 50 but they run the risk of pricing themselves out of their biggest payday
Negotiations cost time during that time anything could happen , injury unexpected loss ect ect .
They jeopardize that opportunity by losing time

Um last i heard was AJ made 4mil USD for Whyte.
They sold like 400k in PPV or something.

And they had to share that with K2.

    OPs Joshua numbers are BS.
(But yes, Joshua brings in WAAAAY more)

I wonder how Haymon will cheat Old Man Ortiz? If Ortiz knocks Wilder out, he will be framed! He was before, so was Povetkin even though VADA cleared him, but Wilder has HAYMON BOXING INSURANCE!

you are not allowing for currency diffrencies

30 million uk pounds is just under 42 million usa dollars
takam fight was nearly 32 million usa dollars
parker fight is guesswork but it will earn a lot

the 25 million for whyte is way out hearn said joshua earned 4 x what wilder earned v duhaupus and whyte would have earnt well

but with klitchko / parker /and takam purses put up against arreola /washington /stiverne wilder is only averaging about 5% to 7% of what joshua makes per fight.

or to make it sound worse joshua gets 93 to 95% more money per fight than wilder
