the thing is though is he/they is/are prob still passing tests. As I said in another article, chemists can change the chemical make up of any drug to maintain its effects but change the structure enough that it is now technically a new drug and not on any banned list. Then there are ways of masking drugs so in two different examples people can pass. The first technically by the books isnt cheating as they are not technically prohibited from taking a substance not banned. There is that much info available online now that some athletes are actually educated enough to either know or find out how to get round testing themselves rather than employ a specialist.
