Listen you ****ing cokehead the poster brought that up out of a post I was responding to weeks ago where someone said Hagler and Hearns would beat Floyd.

Floyd matches Leonard in speed easy? Like I said, you shouldnt judge Floyd or fights for that matter, you had Hatton roughing Mayweather up in there fight lol. Leonard was faster at throwing combos, but thats not Floyds game, he's faster at the point of attack. As far as strenght the difference is negligable. Floyd is drastically underrated in strenght, as shown he always is able to force his will on the inside. He handled OScars best at 154 easily.

Robinson, Leonard, Whitaker would the only ones who come close to beating Floyd. I'd give the edge to only Robinson.

Sorry you gonna half to bring proof, I brought proof that showed that that Floyd beats Whitaker defensively. They were both equally accurate. Sorry like I told you in the other thread I destroyed you in, simply saying one thing doenst mean anything when I have actual facts on my side.

You are the opposite extreme of the people you argue with. Your view is the exact opposite of most of the boxing world. Leonard was faster....overall, not just at combos. That is because 147 was his prime weight, and Mayweather's prime weight is lower. He also hit harder, and was stronger, being the naturally larger fighter.

A number of fighters at 147 in history could beat PBF, because this is not his prime weight. Quartey and Forrest would give him hell just based on styles.

Floyds beaten the best in clearly 3 out of the 5 weight classes he fought at. Arguably Oscar was the best at 154, easily one of the top fighters. He hasnt fought THE best at welter, but the only one who poses a challenge to him at welter is Williams. Mosley got out boxed by Cotto, Cotto doesnt have the speed to give the correct amount of pressure it'd take to beat Floyd and his chin is suspect. Floyd destroys Margo, Cintron, Gomez ect.

The **** he is saying is gay though.

You know how hard it is. You get ready for a fight and it's two weeks out, you've just gone through 2 months of training and your body is about to peak, right?

****, all you've been thinking about is the fight with your opponent 2 weeks out, right?

So Pimp C is tryin to say that Floyd called out Margarito because he called Margarito demanding a fight 2 weeks outside of Margo's fight with Gomez and wanted the fight like 2 months later or some bull****.

So, can you fault Margo for having the respect for his opponent not to back out? Also, you know it's hard as hell peaking and then working out hard for another 2 months.

Margo would get in the ring looking like pure **** from overtraining.

Right after the Gomez fight, Margarito called out Floyd, but where was Floyd?

Oh yeah, fighting Brussles or Gatti or Mitchell or Judah or Baldomir or some gay **** like that.

The only challenge out of that group was Judah.

    Either way, that's a STRAIGHT ***** MOVE.

That's like punching someone in the face while they're asleep.

I agree. But anyways what makes Mayweather the champ at 147? Can anyone answer me this? Because I can't figure that out.

Ok, then nevermind you dumb ******.

What's the question? I just said he didn't you moron.

Anyone who watched could see it took 5 rounds for Floyd to adjust, and in those 5, Hatton was roughing him up, though not landing cleaner punches, which is why it was close. You acting like Floyd was schooling him those first 5 rounds is what is ridiculous. Any other top fighter would've dealt with Hatton so much more convincingly.

The point of attack? Fancy words won't help you win an argument, especially non-sensical ones. Leonard had faster hands, period.

Bull****. Floyd could bully Hearns, take his shots, walk him down, and finish him? I think not.

A past his prime Oscar is not the same as Leonard, and he never forces his will, he counter-punches off the ropes because he CAN'T outmuscle other fighters.

Whitaker has everything Floyd has, plus the southpaw stance(which Floyd has admitted gives him problems), the great jab, and the workrate.

Similar reach, similar height, Leonard has a slightly bigger build but as Floyd showed against Hatton his strenght is not to be underestimated. Again its negligable. Floyd strength is greatly underestimated for a slick fighter with 25 K's n 39 fights.

Leonard was not faster, I dont know where you guys are getting this sillyness from. Floyd beat Judah the fastest fighter in boxing today to the point of attack, Leonard throwing in a higher volume is faster but in a straight line FLoyd wins in that area. Floyd also has better overall footwork, not just flash that means little when boxing someone you cant easily out athletic.

Boxing isnt written in stone, just because they are legends doesnt mean they cant be questioned.

You mention that you destroy people because you need to, because no one else sees it that way. You proved exactly what those stats said you did. That Mayweather in 14 or 15 title fights got hit less than Jones and Whitaker. That's all. Those stats also said that Jones was more accurate and Whitaker threw 20 more punches per round. It also said that the peak of Jones's career, he was landing at a much higher percentage than Mayweather (over 50%, something like 55% in a 5 fight span). None of this is relevant.

What's relevant, and what I said in the post you quoted that you didn't address, was that getting hit at a lower percentage isn't the only factor in defense. And numbers need context. Facts also need context. It's a fact that DLH has won more titles at more weights than Mayweather. Now what does that fact prove?

It would be an interesting fight for about 4 rounds until PBF figured him out and started going to work. Diaz has some holes and those holes PBF would exploit. Diaz's lack of power would be one and his poor footwork would the other. But what seals the deal for me is his inablity to really only fight one way, is what would be his undoing. I could see Diaz following PBF around the ring getting picked apart with PBF getting off first and Diaz eating counters all night long. Not to mention that great workrate would drop off quite a bit. Diaz would be really fustrated in this fight and don't see Diaz winning any more than 3 rounds to be honest.

Judah was beating Floyd "to the point of attack" early on in the fight, before Floyd's skills started to take over, and Judah's lack thereof showed. Judah was always faster. Can't easily out athletic?
