Lennox, Vitali, Evander and Mike could all get out of bed and beat Palmer without a camp.

 

If the Chisora fight goes ahead as planned on 05/05 then he deserves this easy fight

However Haye is stupid making this a main event. Its an insult to boxing make this a main event. You could tell by how Palmer was moving that he hadnt trained at all and was completely out of shape.

 

A bit harsh. It was co main event with Askins v Simmons for the British cruiser weight title and there were ten other fights on the bill featuring local up and coming fighters. Also Wadi Camacho for the southern area. Local show in an iconic local venue. Agree Palmer was a joke but that was more of an exhibition piece.

 

Go watch the video of Usyk easily out boxing Joyce, he made Joyce look like a fool!

 

How’s that relevant? Nobody at HW can box and move like Usyk atm

 

I think that was standard Palmer mate, hes really that bad and shouldn't be fighting at this level

 

Remains to be seen whether Usyk can box and move like Usyk and still be as effective once he moves up to heavyweight.

 

Id never even heard of this Palmer and the quicker i forget about him the better.

I don’t expect the broadcast station to speak the truth and say “he’s a bum, who hasn’t fought anyone, and will lose quickly” but don’t sell it like we’re seeing Lewis Holyfield 3

 

He's big aggressive, and can punch really hard. I think he'll beat Chisora.

 

He's not that slow. His speed is average, but a better question who out there has a good enough defense to get out of the way? Not too many. Joyce is a big man ( 6'6" probably an 80" reach ), pressing the action.

Or maybe Joyce is picking very big and slower opponents so his speed or lack there of is not an issue, but will be vs in shape guys between 220-250?

We'll see.

Donnie Palmer made Buffet Stiverne looked like a ripped fearsome warrior in comparison. Quite impressive feat.
