Makes a mockery of their rankings and shows the hand Al Haymon has with the WBC rankings. Joyce signs fights no one and next thing he’s top 5. Whytes done nothing to lose his position despite fury’s fight with Wilder.

suppose its just a profile thing.
just cause its boxings top guy and then soccers top guy in the same photo.
dont think wbc are doing anything dodgy, unless ronaldo is looking to get a fight with joshua lol

Maybe Kahn got it wrong with his accusations, it's ronaldo that had it off with his missus and has now employed Joshua as protection. WBC have spotted the link and will create a special commemorative belt for the ultimate fight betweenness Kahn and Joshua winner takes all.

Without even knowing who the next 5 behind him are he would not beat any of them. The WBA are a joke with all their super champs, regular champs, interim champs and god knows how many other kind of champs they've got. In the real world he would not beat any of the genuine top 20 hws.

Ronaldo looks like he's made of wax in that photo and i'm surprised Joshua wants to have a photo with him at the minute all things considered. I mean, I think he's prob innocent based on the little I've read but this could easily become a very embarrassing photo for Joshua if he's convicted.

I dont consider the ranking list of either body to have much credibility. Far too often you can see the hand of various favoured promoters in the names on the list. Joyce is an obvious example. I like hi but he's done nothing to be top 5 in any list

In terms of deserving a place based on recent activity then Whyte has done more than almost any hw out there, fighting a succession of rated opponents. The WBC's ludicrous manipulations to get Haymon's guy in above him tells you all you need to know about their motives. That they elevated Fury so quickly based on the Seferi and Pianeta sideshows was another signal.

In terms of the current state of the division, this looks accurate:

Although Fury has an argument to be number two given he was robbed in LA, his lack of any other wins in the three years since Düsseldorf counts against him.

I agree with you about Whyte, but Joyce is rated No.5 by the WBA not the WBC.

Actually it's better for heavyweight division, if he is not strong enough he will be out of the contention. And that's what I think will happen. Joyce is not that good, he lacks head movement and is heading to KO and his new habit to move all the time isn't doing him any good, it's drainig his energy and steals him rounds. This new habit will damage him against top opposition. Don't know who advised him to do that but it's ridicilous.

He has Abel Sanchez training him, GGG`s former trainer, but Sanchez got criticized for his poor advise to GGG during the Canelo bout and he was eventually fired by GGG, the stuff he was saying about Joyce on youtube was really vague, I think he`s just there for the money myself.

Yup, might as well use that time wisely and take some stay busy fights and bank some money. Use the delays to raise motivation and enhance the skill set.
