Jr Middleweights - Pacquiao and Mundine

    Both are jr middleweights now

    7 years ago Manny succesfully defended his IBF super bantamweight title against Julio. Manny was just 120 lbs back then.
    Later that year 168-lbs Mundine outpointed Echols to win WBA supermiddleweight title.

    Not to mention that Mundine started his career at 168-lbs division while Manny weighed just 106 lbs in his 1st pro fight. Pacquiao also went on to win WBC flyweight title.

    And now there's possibility that former flyweight champion will face former supermiddleweight champ in a world title fight :thumbsup

    This is indeed weird. I wonder if a former light-flyweight has ever fought in the same division as a former super-middleweight before. I'm thinking not!
