In a year or two I like Bradley and maybe Ortiz to beat all these guys. At the moment Bradley beats them all except maybe Hatton (especially if Ricky is allowed to hug alot) and Paulie, whom I have to think is probably at the peak of his prowess about now. At the moment, Hatton and Malignaggi beat everybody on this list except maybe Bradley. The Pacman thing? I dunno'. 135 ain't that far from 140 and Pac looked pretty convincing in his last bout. On the other hand, will it be like RJJ putting on weight to fight Ruiz and then coming back down and having problems against Tarver? Also depends on how his fight w/Oscar De La Pollo goes. If he takes a brutal beating (which I think is likely) that will doubtless have an effect.
A lot of those are very close fights. There is nobody that is a clear class ahead of anybody else, especially if Hatton is declining as suspected. Kotelnik is also better than people think.
My thoughts exactly.. I think Hatton & Malignaggi beat all of them except for Bradley which are 50/50 fights IMO.. Let Bradley become more polished, and then I think he can be the #1 140lber.. I use to think that Malignaggi had a better chance than Hatton at beating Pac because of style.. But then I realized, Malignaggi has power for ****.. All he has goin' for him is his jab.. Pac would eat him up while I think the Pac/Hatton fight is 50/50.. But for some reason, I don't know who to pick to win in November between Hatton vs Malignaggi.. I wanna' say Hatton, but I think there's a possibility Paulie can pull the upset..
Well I am assuming he will since he has a belt now. Maybe a Chop Chop Corley or a solid gate keeper will help him.
You know there was that **** with the ''rub down'' **** that old school trainers do on the fighters(there was even a clip of Cotto with his uncle getting ''intimate'' ) and there was a rumor that Corley once fired a trainer cuz he didn't wanna go ''rub'' down on him.:nutOrtiz should take'em
