Round 9

Rosas is stepping through everything thrown at him, which includes the kitchen sink. 1-2 by Sanchez, flush on the face. Rosas covers his face and dives in, trying to get a piece of body. Nice right jabs by Sanchez, used to hold Rosas in place while teeing off with long lefts to the body and then yanking the right back to load up quick hooks. Rosas puts his head down and moves in against Sanchez, digging away to the body. Sanchez moves and jabs, now orthodox. Rosas pushes in against him and lands soft body shots, brushing Sanchez's arms out of the way. Sanchez lands his own short body shots from off the ropes. Sanchez runs around the ring, southpaw again. Sanchez pops quick right jabs, using long hops in either direction to keep Rosas all twisted up.

Round 10

Rosas is still coming forward, but less intently. Sanchez is whipping him with stinging left hands while backing up and jabbing into his guard. Rosas is keeping his hands up even as he marches all the way up to the front door, and is getting knocked side to side by the breadcrumb trail of whipping shots Sanchez is leaving him. Rosas catches Sanchez pulling straight back with a clipping left hook, but can't close the distance to follow up - and Sanchez wasn't that bothered by it anyway. Quick combos by Sanchez delivered while circling quickly. Right hook, straight left by Sanchez. Rosas pushes forward and smacks away as Sanchez bends forward and covers up.

Round 11

Rosas swings for the fences, but Sanchez keeps moving the goalposts on him. Constant movement by Sanchez, forking out right jabs. Rosas keeps his head down and tries his best to ram Sanchez into the ropes, but is eating quick straight flurries off the Sanchez jab and hard left uppers to the body. Sanchez still has plenty of pep in his step, jogging around, darting in to briefly tie up, tossing Rosas back, and circling outside again. Sanchez looks like he has the legs to go 15. Rosas meanwhile has slowed his attack, but is no less stubbornly going about it. Thumping body shots by Rosas when he gets Sanchez on the ropes. Big series of left and right hooks by Rosas, landing a few to the head and waking Sanchez up!! Big pendulums to the body by Rosas. Counter right jabs and left uppercuts by Sanchez. Overhand right by Rosas, and some shoeshining downstairs. Sanchez is backed up to the ropes but throwing hard left uppercuts even as he slides back!

What a round!

Round 12

Sanchez sweeps a few right hooks across Rosas' back. Sanchez circles out to his left, popping right jabs. Rapid fire from Sanchez. There's a left cross to the brow. Rosas rhinoceroses inside, throwing big wide lefts and rights, going for broke. Sanchez dances away from the ropes, lands a few jabs to the face, backs all the way up into the opposite corner, flashes a few underhanded body shots, and keeps moving. Rosas whacks away at the side of his head with a few left hooks as they're pressed together, Rosas yanking down on Sanchez's right arm with his own. Wild shots by Rosas coming forward, and Sanchez unleashes a rolling barrage of left and right uppercuts to the face while backing up. Rosas comes forward through a storm of right hooks and overhand lefts, covering up. Rosas pushes Sanchez nearly into a corner. BIG triple right hook to head and body by Sanchez!! Rosas starting to look vulnerable in the final seconds!
