Its inenvitable, unless Juan vacates the WBO belt, but him and Katsidas already verbally agreed to fight each other after their next fights back in June.

I think this looks a lot like the Freitas fight, without Julio quitting on his stool. Juan will take a shot to dish out three, will stalk down Julio, and will either win by UD on workrate or knock him out late on accumulation.

Honestly, what exactly has Julio done to make anyone think he's elite? He KOed Chavez because Chavez busted his knee; he outboxed Quiles, who was outboxed just as badly by Galaxxy Warrior; he got his ass kicked by Castillo, who was already halfway shot at the time; he beat a few other B and C level fighters in a less than convincing manner. Yes, Julio has speed on Juan, but he's basically a poor man's Popo anyway. I just can't see him pulling this one out.

Juan Diaz... I don't know particularly why. The other guy is ok :) But Juan is a great American champion. That is why.

i think Juan's brutal body attack will be a decisive factor in this fight - if he can get Julio against the ropes and move from the body upstairs i think he could probably pull off a TKO. But with that said, Julio is smarter than to get trapped like that so i am going to have to stick with Juan by UD

I'm going for Juan in this one. Julio has all the tools, but his durability is questionable against the elite (ie vs Castillo). The winner of this match should fight Casa to determine the 35 king. Pac should keep his sloppy power punching behind @130 and rematch JMM.

Julio Diaz last win is against Jesus Chavez. He destroyed Chavez is 3 (KO) rounds.
while Juan Diaz last win is against Acelino Freitas RTD 8.

Dude, it was a fluke knee injury. Chavez went down with a torn ACL without being hit by a punch.
