I like Diaz by UD or TKO on cuts. He is more active and more skilled.

Kat is a very limited hustle fighter whose power isnt crunching and Diaz combos all night. I see a gory bloody faced cat not caving in an inch but still getting picked apart brutally and bleeding form the word go. Then the stoppage.

 

Oh man, I think Katsidis is a bit outclassed here.
