It could be an epic pitch battle or an epic disaster a brutal massacre. Katsidis vs Diaz. Spartan warrior vs Aztec warrior.. Who's better?

I think a match with Julio Diaz would be ideal. As for Nate Campbell, bring back Robbie Peden.

Yeah, i love peden vs campbell 1 :D.
What has happened too peden since his last fight?
I was shocked he got stopped, maybe the ,mab fight was a bad thing.
Its a shame that guys like peden and briggs cant fight often to hone their skills.

Diaz is an underated boxer, a better in fighter then Katsidis, has a better work rate and is a much better combination puncher. Diaz is simply just better all around, apart from punching power. This fight would definitely be one to remember. Even if Kat loses a fight like this, the exposure will be incredible, which is what he wants. Look at how popular Gatti was, and he lost plenty of fights. Katsidis will score big points in the US for his all action style. This would have Corrales v Castillo potential in terms of action, although not in terms of how close the fight will be. Katsidis will probably cop a fair bit of punishment.

If i was Katsidis i would chase David Diaz.
He has quite a name now since beating Erik Morales, & i feel Katsidis would destroy him.

Diaz would pound Katsidis into the canvas. It would take 7 rounds. Katsidis has chin issues that would be brutally exposed against the hand speed and power of Diaz.

Would be a great match, but definitely too much for Kat at this point. Another few matches against top 10s to get the hype going and then take this kind of fight. It would be an absolute ******* though!

Probably not a bad move - he looked very average against Ganoy

Thats who i feel is the best opponent for Rocky aswell. Then after he beats David Diaz he can go after Juan.

Still needs more work on his Defence.
Plus David Diaz is a options were he gets to get another belt and not risk his whole career because i feel he will beat the **** out of David.

But if he fights Juan and Loses he might not get another world title shot for 3 years or so.

We will know in ten days if Jaun excepts the fight with Mike. I think he will choose to fight David Diaz, which is good because Mike isnt ready for Jaun yet IMO.

He should defend his belt on a good card, he isnt the headline act yet, but he thinks he should be.
