    Round 3

Estrada is lobbing in lead rights at the forehead of Beamon, which is covered just in time with his palms clamped together like the doors of an elevator. Beamon is dashing inside with daring sorties but getting clipped more often as he backs out. Estrada hurts Beamon with an uppercut and walks him into the ropes with a power shot combination. Beamon is fending him off with sharp up-jabs from the chest into the bridge of Estrada's nose, but Estrada keeps inexorably pressing in, deconstructing Beamon piece by piece. Estrada landing at least 2-3 big shots in every melee after marching Beamon into the ropes, and not taking all that much in return.

    10-9 Estrada

    30-25 Estrada

    Round 4

Estrada is backed momentarily into the ropes as Beamon stands up straight and walks him down with a series of hard jabs ramming high into the brow. Estrada begins to peck and chisel at Beamon with counter uppercuts after leaning into the ropes for buoyancy. Estrada now comes forward, lashing down at Beamon's nape with right hands, then clocking him with short left hooks, then punctuating his momentum with uppercuts. Beamon is crouching and blocking what he can and coming up on unbent knees with his own straight flurries. Estrada is creeping inside, not taking bait as Beamon stutters-steps laterally in either direction. Estrada loops a right hand and Beamon undulates himself beneath it. Beamon dashing in and tickling Estrada with some light jabs.

    10-9 Estrada

    40-34 Estrada

Not a bad comeback round for Beamon in the 4th.

    Round 5

Beamon is stringing together 1-2s confidently now, and has Estrada on the backfoot. Estrada continues to wilt under the nonstop repetitions of the 1-2, but manages to buy himself a reprieve at least momentarily with a counter uppercut off the ropes. Lashing rights by Estrada keeping Beamon honest on the outside, but not scoring flush. Beamon now diving in and scrubbing Estrada's flanks with underhanded rights. Beamon working in & out nicely. Estrada waiting too much to come on in this one, perhaps just taking it off altogether strategically. Beamon is walking him down, peppering the body with power shots and the face with jabs, and staying beyond reach of counters.

    10-9 Beamon

    49-44 Estrada

5th by far Beamon's greatest round yet. (but it remains a possibility that Estrada just gave it away to recuperate some gas...6th will be telling...)

Estrada landed the cleaner shots in the 5th, but Beamon outworked him over the first two minutes or so,

Beamon is starting to make Estrada very uncomfortable but those 2 knockdowns probably already lost him the fight.
