    So you know how people said earlier that Yarde was "better than people thought" and "gave a good account of himself"? Well, no. Kovalev is shot to bits, period. Yarde sucks.

    All of that stuff people said about Yarde, however, is true of Beamon. (Estrada is past his prime, to be certain, but hardly shot like Kovalev is)

    Beamon's only real success in this fight was when Estrada was taking breaks. When Estrada went to work he had his way. Tremendous fighter.

    I kind of disagree. He lost every second of the fight except for parts of the 7th and the 8th and almost went the distance. Because Yarde is heavy handed, and he has a good chin. That is all. Or put it this way, he sucks as a Boxer, but like Lemieux he can take a beating and can hurt you. He deserves credit for that and nothing more.

    This was basically a professional against an amateur imo. At least Beamons dream came true. He fought for a title against one of the best fighters in the world.
