I mean, I'm not "those same people". Lara beat Canelo and so did GGG but neither fight is reducible to just one guy or the other being on the backfoot. They are two separate fights with a lot more nuance to scoring than just saying "whoever comes forward deserves to either win or lose". I'm pretty sure nobody has ever said Lara won that fight 'because' he was moving backward (rather, because he landed enough pot shots to vastly outnumber Canelo's wildly inefficient body attacks). Pretty lazy argument bruh!

Show me precisely where "the same people" have first off said that Lara deserved to beat Canelo, who also referred to what Lara did in that match as "running", and who also have stated that Golovkin deserved to beat him specifically "because he was the aggressor". I'll wait. Please show me which exact "same people" said all of those very specific things, substantiating your point that:

"What's funny though is that people thought Lara beat Canelo running, and those same people thought Canelo lost to GGG for being on the backfoot, and that Canelo lost the rematch to GGG being the aggressor. lollol"
