    Their first fight, which can be watched here:

    was a fight of the year contender that took place in Novemeber 2012, taking place at Jr Flyweight. Gonzalez won a narrow decision. Since then Estrada has moved up to Flyweight and dethroned Brian Vilioria for the WBO and WBA Super titles and handed Milian Melindo his first defeat. Roman Gonzalez plans to move to Flyweight so if he rematches Estrada, who wins?

    I'm voting for Gonzlaez by stoppage but no result in this one would surprise me because both guys seem to improve every fight.

    I have a feeling Estrada takes the rematch probably by outworking a less motivated Gonzales.

    Anyway, yeah, I would love to see this. I think Chocolatito takes it again but Gallo has looked bang tidy at fly whooping on those Filipino boys. :think

    I think Roman would take a close decision similar to the first fight, but Estrada's improvement since then and the weight being in his favour makes this very intriguing.

    A real 50/50 fight imo, has the potential to develop into a Carbajal-Chiquita type rivalry.

    :lol: Sorry. I will make sure I add 'hypothetical fight' or something like that for the next one in the title. (However I did predict the rematch will occur in the 2014 predictions thread :thumbsup)

    A lot of good posts above.

    Right now I would give slight edge to Gonzalez. He is in his prime and has the KO factor and edge in skills. But this is at a higher weight and Estrada, although not yet primed, seems more confident now so :conf
    55/45 for Chocolatito.

    :good I'm basically putting little more into my vote than the guess Gonzalez took the first fight more lightly than did Estrada. Wouldn't put any real cash on this one though. :yep

    I think that Estrada is the absolute truth and will take the rematch with the added confidence and experience.

    Totally agreed on the first statement, unsure about the second being that Gonzalez is defiantly not a lie either. :yep
