    Rios only called him out in the post fight interview, and the follwing day.

    Yet, its been over a week, and there's no news, anywhere that they're fighting each other.

    You dont hear Rios calling out Soto now.
    Rios only called Soto out, when Soto was busy getting ready to defend his title.

    JMM isn't exactly young and wants big money fights before he's out. The legacy part has been done with, he already confirmed that he's a great fighter, making money is reasonable at this point. Katsidis isn't exactly useless at this stage either, he's coming off a big unexpected win.

    Soto is stuck fighting C-class fighters because that's his level. He's done nothing at 135 to warrant a fight with JMM - as a matter of fact, he's looked pretty woeful since his move up from 130.

    Rios made the last move by calling out Soto, the ball is in Soto's court to answer the call or not.

    This aint Candyman where Rios has to say Soto's name 3 times and he appears. He called him out on HBO and insulted Soto's competition. How is Soto going to retaliate?

    JMM already KO'd two fighters that had already owned Katsidis before.

    This is why JMM is fighting Casamayor's and Juan Diaz' "leftovers", instead of Unifying belts with The Most Feared/Avoided Fighter In Boxing, Humberto Soto.
