Gamboa fought and beat in 2 rds the guy who gave Lopez the biggest beating of his life.... in case this count and he fought and convincely beat,Orlando Salido a very solid title holder..better at this point than RM himself.
You can bet Orlando Salido is in much better shape than Márquez at the moment. I'm very sure Salido would have given Juanma way more than he can handle. And forget about KOing Salido.
The difference in resume is actually pretty big at this time. I mean I think that Marquez, Penelosa and Ponce De leon are all better than Salido who is gamboa's best opponent.
You think that Salido is at this stage a better fighter than Rafael Marquez..... WOW!! Yes he is faded but he is two levels above a guy like Salido.
Forget about it. Maybe you could have said so before yesterday's fight, but no way you have the guts to say that now. Salido is in way better shape than Márquez, much better. I'd love to see a Juanma - Salido fight right now.
Both are defensively flawed with a questionable chin, whoever lands the first flush left hook wins the fight. I don't think it gets past the half mark. No way! As 50-50 as it gets.
:rofl:rofl Is this serious... I don't know how to break it down for you other than just point out that Marquez was doing things Salido could only dream of doing last night. Counter left hooks, doubling it up body and head, Marquez is superior to Salido in every department and although I saw a fighter who was a bit past his best I still feel that Marquez has a future in the sport.
Not serious, SUPER serious. If you think Salido is not better and way more durable than Márquez right now, you may log out and find a knitting forum, 'cause you either know **** about boxing, or you are a nuthugger. "A bit past his best"??? Log out now, dude.
Now, I will admit, I am not so sure about Lopez beating Gamboa. I see many mistakes in his style and I see stamina problems. But your reasoning is totally stupid. 1. You are stupid enough to beliave Marquez excuses. There is always an excuse. Check how many rematches are in his record. 2. Marquez is one of the most devastating punchers from 118 to 130 pounds. His record is evidence. 3. Gamboa has been down by less than C class fighters. So, anything could happen. I like them both, but not too much
These Gamboa fan boys are creasing me up :rofl. Gamboa has been knocked down by NOBODIES with neutral power, imagine what will happen if Juanma hits that chin :yep. Sure, Gamboa has speed but who cares? so does Juanma...and better skills and can take a punch.
Salido is nothing but a dimensional, slow as **** slugger with a decent chin. He has never beaten anyone of note because of this. Just because the guy managed to last the distance with Gamboa doesn't make him a better fighter.
Knocked down, but never ever in ***** street like Juanma, it's more of a footwork think, you know it, stop trolling.
Gamboa beat him after Mtagwa went from 122 to 126 to face him. I'm pretty sure Mtagwa wasn't 100% for that fight.
