    of the lower weight class'

There is a void to fill when Marquez Paqman etc go

This Kid really looks supercool and the class of a world beater.

But i wil reserve my judgement till i see him vs

    Marquez and Vazquez.

In an Era where the Word HYPE job is becoming common Eg.KESSLER etc

I hope this kid is the business

I think last night may have been just a bit deceptive, in that he was in against a guy without any real boxing ability, and he was able to blow him out. Not to diminish his accomplishment, but that fight was kill or be killed, and I doubt he'll look that good against lesser fighters than Ponce. I want to see how he does against a guy who lays back. I think Marquez and Ceballero will trouble him with their skills, but I would lay down money that he beats Vasquez inside twelve. I would push for Vasquez by the end of this year.

JuanMa defo has a chance Vs. either Izzy & R.Marquez exspecily considering they have literaly destroyed eachother over the course of the last year or so.. what's gonna be left of them after IV?

JuanMa can swoop in like a vulture and pick the bones.

I first saw this guy fought in Pac-EM II undercard and he already showed an extra ordinary level of fighting. He is natural in the ring with great power and skill, I knew from that moment he would excell in this sport.

He needs to get Vasquez and Marquez in the ring ASAP. IF they get too old he will not get credit for teh victory kind of the way Pacman doesn't get full credit for Barrera and MOrales.

Juan Ma got it all power, ring saviness, slick...personality and a nasty right hook...that when landed...is vicious...ask Daniel how vicious it is.....

Israel Vazquez nose will be totally destroyed if he fight s Juan Ma, Rene is getting to old and to many wars.....I can't see anyone messing with with Juan Ma in the lower weights!!

This is still a deep division, he simply just knocked off the weakest of the belt holders.

Wait for him to conquer his division before crowning him.

Vasquez also has incredible power and we stil haven't seen how Juanma will react when he gets hit by someone like that. Ponce didn't land a single decent shot. I think that it's an extermly interesting matchup because both rely on the hook and since one is southpaw and one is orthodox they will be hooking on the same side.

With all do respect, Ponce didn;t land a single punch because Juan Ma is a boxer also, a slick mover..and understand the science....

Vazquez, is a solid Champ and war tested, but Juan Ma is just to beig and fast for Vazquez, Vazquez best is agaisnt boxers that liske to stand in the front coming thru the fron tdoor and brawl...Juan Ma doesn't have to do that, he move east -west north south and he understand distance, and will keep Vazquez at bay with his jab until it will be time to frop the hammer...and them mwhat are you going to say..."...well Vazquez was to old...to many wars..." come on dude...this is a rare talent!!

It's also still early days but he looks very good. I'm just glad he got De Leon out of there because I couldn't stand that guy being champ.

I agree with all of that. However Izzy has the kind of power where he can change a fight with one shot and a never give up attitude. Remember the Gonzlaez fight where he pretty much got beat like a pinata and knocked down a couple of times and turned the whole thing around with one big shot? Juanma has the skills and ability to outbox Vasquez and beat him but I don't think he can avoid getting hit altogether like he did with Ponce. It will be interesting to see how he reacts when that does happen

Ok, let say this..I always like Vazquez becuase his warrior attitude, he always bring it ....he has come from the ashes of defeat to pull wins...and he has the experience factor on is size...but he also has the old legs, a warrior body and more important...a broken nose that will be an issue with someone that will pepper him with a stiff jab...and Juan Ma has a powerful jab...the stoppage on the Marquez I fight was an indication tht he has trouble with his nose..and in MArquez III we notice also noice the inflamation on his nose....that said ...at this point this is the fight make at 122 lbs..it will be a blaockbuster of a fight..and one we all will watch...
