Penalosa is crappy? He had two fights between Ponce and Penlosa and both were basically showcase bouts. One to test his ability to draw (a latin fury main event) and the other was to give him some rub off the Pac vs Osar card.

Even Manny had some soft touches. David Diaz, Hector Velasquez and Jorge Solis say hey. Even the best need a break.

You're also forgetting that this fight is extremely short notice because the oriignal main event (Pavlik vs Mora) fell apart.

Not bad Philla, but with French you can't do a verbatim translation...it doesn't come out right.

I tried it on a chick before and learned the hard way.

you have to get into the spirit of the language and oohh la la.

Philla actually made a correct sentence there man :D

French is just as easy as Spanish to learn if you get to practice it often :good

He'd have to be willing to go up in weight at the drop, which he isn't. If this fight is in June no top challenger would want it because it's less than 2 months notice. Caballero is looking for a fight though so I'm not sure why not offer it to him.

Horrible horrible fight for a ppv main event, the undercard is real good, but not worth $40.

Hey GalangK, I really like your avatar man... my brother just ask me today what will it take to beat Pacquiao, Vitali K. ?! hahahaha when I saw that poster with Valuev it reminded me that quote he just told me.

    It's a good one :good

Lontchi aint saying nothing, I would be surprised if he lasted 6 rounds with Manuel Lopez. He gets countered by left hooks far too easily. He just happened to land a peach of a bodyshot to beat Santos but he is open to all kinds of shots when he lays against the ropes. ****ing Mismatch. No wonder MMA is taking over, these mismatches hurt boxing. So what if he is undefeated. Undefeated records dont mean **** no more.

Hey anyways Lontchi can't do much worst than Lopez's last 3-4 oppoents so why not.

Lets say he loses, he takes another fight and then Molitor.

And **** why are they weeks with no good fights at all and weeks with two great cards? That ****ing hurt boxing...!!!

I'm not sure Lontchi can last longer than Penalosa. Hopefully he's a bit more elusive than the old man or he'll be out of there before nine rounds.
