Absolutely. It makes me sick when I hear people talk trash about the Super Six tournament. It is EXACTLY what boxing needs. Is it hard as **** to hold together given the nature of boxing and the length of time between fights? OF COURSE. All the more reason to shower Showtime with praise for putting in the ****ing effort. Boxing is better for having this network around.

Tarver: I remember fighting Glen Johnson, he was just very tough...it reminds me of a fight I had with Rocky Balboa that was called "Skill vs. Will". :rofl

I have a feeling Green is gonna win, but am hoping Johnson can take him out of the super six.

You know, I would have rathered Johnson come in at 168lbs than 167lbs and appear to "make the weight easily". Reminds me of Leonard vs. Hearns I where Hearns came in at 145lbs after drying out in the sauna for a day or two and fading down the stretch. Or, more recently, De La Hoya coming in at 145lbs, a weight he hadn't seen in years, and having absolutely nothing in the tank. Fortunately for Johnson, Green is no Pacquiao.

There's been plenty of talk of their friendly relationship and how they've done alot of sparring together, with Green admitting Johnson's had the better of him...

    We'll see if "sparring don't mean ****"....

He looked good - not spectacular. His workrate needs to come up and he needs to stay calm and disciplined.
