Who out of the big guns does he beat at SBW.

He seems a good wee fighter from what I have saw. but its a very good division at the upper end, and I would not give him a chance against most (maybe Caballero).

    Opinions?

He has good speed, and mad power, but I think he lacks the skill. I feel that someone with a jab and skills can outbox him easily.

He beats all those guys ... one thing that he can do better than all those guy is he can box.

Marquez fades in fights ... and can't box all that well ... he's really in trouble if he can't knock you out ...
Vasquez can't box ... he has alot of heart and can brawl but technically isn't the best fighter ...
    Caballero ... sucks
    that other guy sucks too

Molitor is the best pure boxer in the division.

Caballero, the only one I would give JML any chance of beating, would still give him problems with his height and reach.

Marquez had lazy spells in fights before the magnificent triology, but I agree that he may have faded a bit against Vasquez; however, I very much doubt that Lopez will bring the same kind of intense pressure that Vasquez did. Marquez' boxing skills are very underrated, and he also has very good power.

As regards Vasquez, Rafael Marquez, a guy in the top bracket of the P4P best power-punchers in world boxing, hit that guy with the kitchen sink (over and over and over again) and he could only get him down for one flash knockdown (Vasquez recovered very quickly) in three fights. I doubt JML can take the same kind of pressure that made Marquez wilt two times out of three.

All those guys you mentioned are all great warriors, guess only time will tell if they fight against Juanma, but I do think Juanma wins over all of them, he is very powerful in that weight and his speed is amazing. Guess we will have to wait, all of those fights are going to be GREAT.

How can you say JuanMa would beat all those after one win over an overhyped fighter in Ponce De Leon, a man with great power but no boxing ability whatsoever.

Caballero would cause anyone problems with his freakish height and reach advantage and could keep him at bay with the jab, though JuanMa could eventually get inside and KO him.

Marquez is a great boxer/puncher. He can really bang as we all know but his boxing skills because of this are left under-appreciated and under-rated. Despite the trilogy he still remains a world-class operator and the 2nd best 122 on the planet.

Vasquez very much the same, a big banger but he can box abit aswell and has real heart and brings great intensity. The best 122 on the planet right now, if he and Marquez haven't been shot to pieces by the trilogy and remain the fighters they were they beat JuanMa.

Molitor is a very slick and pure boxer. Not alot of power but very skilled and could probably outbox JuanMa providing he doesn't get caught slopily.

A lot of people have seen juanma for the first time but Juanma can box really really well. He just like to be agresiver and ko people.
