Marquez is a warrior and lives by the warrior code (obvious doping aside), so he's not going to respect a guy who's a spoiler.

Sugar ''Money'' Mac has beaten Aldo, Holloway, Alvarez, Poirier, Diaz, Cerrone, Mendes, made his pro boxing debut against the P4P#1 Floyd Mayweather for goodness sake, and then took on Khabib after a two year layoff who is not only the P4P#2 ranked UFC fighter on the planet, 28-0 which is unheard of for a MMA fighter, but is also the worst possible style match up for him out there, and now he wants that smoke with Oscar and word on the street is he wants Manny's ass too.

Imagine making your pro boxing debut against TBE, and your second or third firsts against Oscar and Manny? Hespeck

Nonsense. Marquez said that the only guy he knocked completely unconscious and left face-first out cold on the floor ... had the best chin and best defense. (LOL)

He lost every round to Mayweather and got flattened by him, too. Marquez landed 12 percent of his punches. That's not "spoiling." That's total domination.

Juan Diaz? A guy he stopped and dominated on the cards had the best skills?

Barrera, who he also dominated, had the best jab?

    It's clear what's happening here.

I didn't mention Floyd.. I said marquez didn't mention anyone who gave him a nightmare... Julian wheeler, Freddie Norwood, Chris John, Mayweather

Best skills... Diaz... Smartest.. Fedchenko....... I'd have said you'd normally say those kind of things in fights where you were out thought and out skilled.

My opinion is that marquez won the Norwood and John fights.. But did struggle.. And mayweather fight was bull****

Who the **** are we to disagree with his opinion when he was in the ring with them.. What's next, you gonna tell him what his favorite movie is too? Main point is, if you don't read the article in the OP, keep your ignorance to yourself please.

The only Mexican fighter I've ever known to speaketh with forked tongue is Clenelo Alvaroids. JMM might imbibe his own urine and on occasion jack industrial amounts of steroids in his ass but a liar he is not. If this was Clenelo saying this you could bet the house on it being a lie because lying is as synonymous with his name as corrupt judging and PEDs are.

I mean, obviously he'd want to credit Pac more - as he arguably went 4-0, and meanwhile got humiliated in his ill-advised bulk-up to challenge Mayweather. Granted he was stylistlcally disadvantaged even notwithstanding the size difference and exacerbating that style (and especially speed) disadvantage with the way he caked on the weight, but it was still a thoroughly embarrassing smack-down and instant karma, fate punishing him for the shameless cash grab. No wonder he'd prefer to disavow memory of it.

While on my scorecard, Pac never beat JMM, he deserves more credit for arguably deserving a draw in their first meeting than PBF does for schooling a past-prime JMM in a fat-suit.

If that was a category, then Floyd would get that one. :crazylick:

Guys, it's really not that complicated. It's like getting beaned by 65-70 mph curveballs versus upper nineties and sometimes triple digit fastballs all night long. The latter leaves you in pain long after the game.

If Lomachenko went up 2 weight classes and fought a Pac that boxed him cautiously for 12 rounds and then rematched a Pac sitting down on his shots and gunning for the KO, which fight was tougher?

I rarely ever see one of these best I faced that seems honest

Best boxer is rarely a guy that dominated the featured fighter

Best punch is rarely a guy that flat lined the interviewed boxer

I think I read maybe one or two segments where the featured fighter seemed to answer honestly

Pacquiao making up the vast majority of the categories makes sense they fought so many rounds

But Diaz and fedechenko? I don't buy it

The fact he snubbed Mayweather completely proves that was actually his best opponent as he doesn't even want to say his name and relive that complete washing

Checks out; same accusation leveled at Mayweather re: JLC (whom Floyd infamously never mentioned when asked what he considered his toughest fights...usually naming Augustus or Corley, and later Judah or Cotto).
