Juan Manuel Marquez again refuses exhibition fight with Manny Pacquiao

This just goes to show how great my man Marco Antonio Barrera was because I truly believe he beat Juan in their fight.

 

I had Barerra beating JMM as well. That KD by Barerra was legit, the ref screwed him of a 10-8 round.

 

Marquez can have an exhibition with Cotto

 

In Marquez own mind he thinks he won all the fights and finished with a KO. I can see why he doesn't want to let Pac in.

 

He should already have at least one points win and then he has his spectacular KO against Manny....no need for him to step in the ring with him again.

 

JMM made the right decision. No need to taint their fights.

Manny Pacquiao is revered worldwide, his legacy stands on its own two feet.

Whereas the only time JMM’s name is ever brought up is either 1) in a discussion about Pacquiao, or 2) to compare him to Mexican legends (who far eclipse him).

It’s so funny on boxing forums that people try to present them as equal rivals (or even that Marquez was better), when in the real world, Pacquiao is a legend, and Marquez has already been forgotten about by everyone but the most hardcore boxing fans.

 

I had him winning as well and thought that the KD was legit.
