He's not just a hall of famer, he's also an ATG, no one can argue that.

ATG? talk about overrating. Beat a guy that he was favored to beat

When the hell was the last time Pacquiao or Floyd was an underdog against an opponent they beat? DLH was Pac's last unexpected victory, and we know the circumstances of that fight. Not to discredit him, Pac is one of the best ever, but you can't disregard Marquez's great career and technical ability in the ring. He compares to Barrera and Morales easily, unless you don't think they are ATG's either.

    No it's not.

    How is that better than...
    Mayweather
    Pac (twice)
    Barrera
    Casamayor
    Juan Diaz
    Rocky Juarez
    Katsidis
    Chris John, ect...

Let alone guys like Derrick Gainer, Freddie Norwood, Manuel Medina, ect... that aren't even being mentioned.

    Try again.

My point is proven. Yes, Pac has a better resume right now than JMM. I would never dispute that, as Pac has a better resume than any fighter in his prime right now. However, the poster that I was referring to was completely going off the deep end.

Hell... the two top names on JMM's resume are the current #1 and #2 pd 4 pd fighters in the world. How on earth is that weak?

Beating a B+ fighter makes him an ATG? GTFOH!

WTF? Now we are pretending like JMM didn't fight Pac, and trying to prove it that way?:rofl

BTW... you are only talking about two fighters then for Pac. There is something to be said for fighting numerous top level fighters... not just two a couple times each. It's means more to beat a bunch of different guys than it does to beat the same guy twice. Without JMM, you are only mentioning Morales and Barrera. That definitely isn't any stronger than Mayweather and Barrera. Especially considering the other names to go along with Mayweather and Barrera for JMM.

I noticed that you didn't even bother trying to argue Mayweather's resume before 140 being better than JMM's currently.:yep That isn't even close.

Try again. Maybe this time we can pretend like JMM didn't fight in any title fights... and act like we can create facts that way?

    :patsch

Try and remember how people tried to say Pacquiao was better than Sugar Ray Leonard after he beat Margarito. Don't even front.

Beating consistent champions and contenders fighting the best competition available without hesitation and displaying a level of skill/talent on par with other historic fighters makes someone an ATG. JMM has done that.

first of all they both fought each other so it should be null and void.

secondly, exactly my point i only need two fighters in pac's resume to invalidate your claim.

in floyd's case he fought the best lightweight there is (in that particular time) enough said.
