Please this is the best lightweight that just got beat. Casa was boxing beautifully until JMM got in his rythm and turned it up.

 

An incredible display of techique and execution by JMM, both fought
valiantly. I had it 6-3-1 even for Marquez when it ended.

 

Damn that was a good win for him i wonder if he'll fight Campbell next?

Guzma looked shook to me tonight!!!

He will never get another big opportunity again, he is on a **** list until further notice. He is going to have to earn it again.

 

This fight actually showed more evidence that JMM would struggle badly with Guzman. But I'll stay out of that right now. It's great to see JMM get this win and I hope the Diaz fight can happen soon. That will be an amazing fight.. great mix of styles and young vs old.

 

JMM has been my favorite fighter for awhile. Watching him fight is like watching art. He is just so tactical...

He really shows something refined in there...what you see only glimpses of from Morales or MAB in the past, you get perpetually with Juan Manuel Marquez...he is a fantastic talent.

oh no not this **** again. marquez just proves that he is a player at the lightweight by beating casa. though he is shot, it was still a great win and did it by ko. guzman just blew his chance. quit this annoying hyping.

 

Marquez proved tonight, for all the doubters, that he belongs in the discussion with Barrera and Marquez as the greatest Mexican fighters of the last decade or so, no question.
