:huh ...Err..no...if a dude knocks you down three times in the first round and you finish the fight then that's just what you've done, finished the fight. If that same dude then gets a SD win over you the next time out...well...you lose...you lose by split decision? :!:
I understand your point, but I just don't see how JMM can be overrated given that history and his performance to date. If anything Pac's performance raises his star.
Okay. It's inconceivable for me that any knowledgeable Boxing fan could rate JMM as a greater fighter than his two Mexican counterparts. Despite this, in a recent survey on the General Forum, the vast majority of people rated Marquez as the best of three amigos, and Barrera came in at last. I consider this inexplicable, and based on those findings, I can now confidently say that JMM is overrated amongst the Boxing fans on this website. He's still great, and he was still magnificent against Manny Pacquiao, but he's overstated.
Nice input. Thanks Gonzarelli, your avatar is great, but why you felt the need to come in and just say that is beyond me. Do you not want to address the OP? No? Okay. :good
A side meth! Torrecampo was simply better. Pac afterall never improved as claimed by *****s. It is the same move everytime.
All fighters are overrated by some and underrated by others that's my two cents on the subject. As for your obsession with JMM, I was just "thinking out loud" didn't mean to upset you Addie.
In respect to Addie making cogent points, I will not engage. I am trouncing you on another thread. Take it there.
It's often misinterpreted. JMM isn't the only great fighter who is overrated by the majority of Boxing fans. When I talk about the majority, I mean only among the posters on this website. I have no idea how the Boxing fans feel down in Mexico City or in Las Vegas.
Trouncing me??? Are you smoking something. I simply refuse to engage in meaningful discussion with you imbecile. You don't have the mental capacity to do it and it is insulting. It is like debating with a moron.
