this fight is still up in the air im anxious to see this dream fight itd be a good one, soto only gets better with time, and marquez looked a little stiff in the early rounds of his last fight ,but i saw sum new elusive moves from him glad to see hes improving his defense

Soto will destroy marquez. I'm wondering why people call marquez a master boxer. he gets hit pretty easily

Marquez might get hit a lot, but getting hit a lot by Humberto Soto won't affect him much. JMM dominates Soto easily

Soto would get knocked out. JMM would uppercut his head to the moon.

I'll pass, JMM needs to move to 140lbs & pursue "History".

I have a feeling that slickster mofo is Azteca the Soto nuthuggin chicano but pretendin to be a Toney lover to cover his tracks.

Marquez is a cut above. Soto doesn't impress me at all as a lightweight. He'd get beaten pretty handily.

I don't feel good about saying this, but you raise a valid point. People talk of Marquez's performance last time out as being sensational, near flawless even. He was being hit consistently in nearly every round, and was decked hard by a left hook. This by a fighter who was thoroughly outclassed by Juan Diaz, and knocked out by an old Joel Casamayor. It wasn't a great performance, and Marquez isn't a master boxer. He's an outrageous offensive machine...which seems to be his only means of defense.

JMM by KO. Both will be bloody but JMM will crack Soto's code by mid fight and take him out from there.

I certainly want to see it. JMM really has no reason not to fight him now that GBP have outpriced themselves out of the Pac fight.

    no, that is not me.

I only have one, this, account.

you can prove this, by PM one of the ESB mods, and they could tell you that Im not that other poster, cause we have different IP Adresses, from different locations.

(this just goes on to show you, that there are a few smart people here that know that Soto is much better than he shows, and could beat almost anyone in the 130-140lbs brackets.)

Marquez wants no part of Soto.

Marquez has avoided Soto for years.

Just look right now, how Marquez avoids any discussions about unifying his belts with Soto.

Marquez is scared to fight Soto, just like Pacman is scared to fight Soto too.

The funniest scare was when Arum, last year, proposed to have Valero fight Soto, that Valero got scared and packed up his belonging and flew out of the country to avoid fighting Soto:lol::lol:.

how can JMM beat him handedly if JMM is too scared to even step in the ring with Soto?:D

my point exactly. Jmm is too good for him. JMM is just in another league levels above Soto.
