    Marquez is far some overrated. He spent almost his entire career dramatically underrated then got the props at the end and has seemingly shifted back into underrated.

    His skill set, longevity, performances in big fights, heart, artistry in combination punching and counterpunching are rare and combine to make one of the top 3-4 Mexicans in history, a top 10 fighter of the last 30 years and an all-time great fighter all the way.

    Yeah that’s odd to me. I would probably pick Taylor as it’s at 140 whereas Marquez peaked a few weight classes below that but Marquez is a much better and more accomplished fighter hence their respective careers.
