Hamed had fast hands. Maybe not quite as fast tho. But, yeah?

Look I didn't like James at all as a fighter but he was special.
And I promise you Pac wouldn't have toyed with him.
Your talking about a guy then can take you out with one shot and has incredibly fast reflexes.
    That's someone that could win.

Yep. Hamed would be a live dog and threat against JMM.

Check out what he did to Robinson who was a tough determined boxer.
People forget Robinson had cleaned out the UK- he beat them all.
    Then Hamed just destroyed him.

Watch how much trouble JMM had with Norwood and the southpaw stance. He even got dropped I believe.
Hamed would have eaten him up.

Hamed is a little underrated here. People just seem to think he fought only MAB. HIs fight w/ Kelly was pretty damn good!

Well his personality turned alot of people off.
I couldn't stand him but he had talent.

I hated him to be honest. Well...love/hate i guess. Fab ring entrances, concussive KO power. But yeah, his attitude turned some off. I came to appreciate him after he retired.

Imo Hamed would have beaten 2 of the Fab Four, Morales and Pac due to styles.

What about the styles? How does their style allow Hamed to win?

Marquez picks Hamed apart and stops him late.

The Norwood fight was very competitive some even think the decision should of gone Marquez's way. But yeah he did struggle with Norwood the way he leans so far back and to his left away from the right hand made Marquez over reach. The way Marquez was dropped early too coming in when his lead foot was on the inside showed he hadn't figured out southpaws yet, though he would later in his career prove to be very effective against southpaws, he did fight and beat a lot of them.

I also think Norwood is a little underrated these days. He made 8 successful defences of his title before losing controversially to Gainer in another close fight. He failed to make weight for Gainer so was probably weight drained and to lose the title by being low blowed twice was unfortunate to say the least. Shame he retired after that but I guess he was living up to the Lil Hagler moniker and just like Hagler quit after losing his title controversially.

Simply put Barrera and Marquez were "thinking" fighters whereas Morales and Pac seemed to me more "instinct" fighters and would have made more mistakes vs Hamed. If that makes any sense.

 Actually that's not bad. I think JMM's temperament COULD allow him in to a slug fest, but he was still tough as nails.

Again, Johnson was 33 and had a weak resume. Medina lost to Luisito Espinoza before and after Hamed. He had also lost to JJ Molina before fighting Hamed as well. Bungu at 122 BARELY beat Ernest Grey and former flyweight Romero in 2 of the 3 before Hamed. You want to elevate those guys, feel free.
