Juan Manuel Marquez vs Yuriorkis Gamboa

Marquez will knock him out within 10 or 9. Marquez is too big, too smart, too accurate for gamboa but its going to be an epic fight if it happens.

 

You still cant compare Marquez to Vatli. Yes there both bigger men but Vaitli is a 6'7 monster who out weighs everybody by 20 to 40lbs and is 5 inches taller then anybody else. Gamboa would be the smaller man but not by much. Gamboa probably came in 135 to 140 last night, Marquez hasnt weight more then 145 on fight night, thats not a big difference bro.

Now im not saying Marquez cant win the fight but if Katsidis came drop him then Gamboa will drop him numerous times. Gamboa is waaaaayyyyy BETTER then katsdis. way more skills, way more power, more defense, way more boxing ability. Yes you guys can say that was just a good shot but Katsidis actually won a couple of rounds against marquez. So I dont see how gamboa winning would be out of the ordinary. I see Gamboa-Marquez an all out war but I think Gamboa wins by TKO in a blood bath.

 

What?? Hes number 6 on my list.

My answer: Marquez TKO9. Punches you don't see coming have a bigger impact, and Marquez would be sniping Gamboa all night. If lesser fighters can knock Gamboa down just off his bad balance...imagine what JMM will do. He'll actually hurt him with those shots.

 

Gamboa is too small for JMM.

Katsidis hits harder. He's heavier and packs a big punch at 135, not 126. Not to mention he had to get inside JMM's chest to land that unseen punch; I don't think Gamboa would.

 

For all of you saying that Marquez beats Gamboa think about this for a moment...

Joel Casamayor, ( who was not at Gamboa's level in any department ) fought a very close fight with Marquez before he got stopped. And Joel was passed his prime when he fought him. Gamboa is way faster, stronger and younger than Casamayor at that time. Marquez is way older now too. Gamboa can very well defeat Marquez. Understand? :good

 

Exciting fight, but a horribly unbalanced one. And I think JMM would be able to use his size against Gamboa too.

 

Gamboa is a good fighter, but no way is he beating a bigger great fighter in Marquez. I bet Marquez wouldn't even need to drink his **** to win against Gamboa.
