No in just think of it in terms of the big 4. His only claim to fame is being the guy who had Pacs number. But it took him 4 tries and a hell of a lucky punch/trip. It didn't take EM 4 tries.

 

He's 4-0 against Pac, IMO.

 

He would be if he could just keep his feet.

Edit: Third fight though I had him winning through 9 but he took his foot off the gas and lost it late.

 

He crushed the #1 lightweight and #3 lightweights Pacquiao was supposed to have fought, but Pacman chose the weakest of the lightweight champs, David Diaz. Dinamita also got robbed vs Norwood, John, and yours truly, Pacquiao, whom Dinamita later squashed like a cacaroach so there wouldn't be any more robberies or doubts who was the better fighter.
