..how good is this guy. There's an article at the scene praising him and breaking down his division. Is this guy the real deal or just another boxer with an Alphabet title?

He seems like a real tough guy who throw's punches with wicked intent but he just seems a little crude to me. Hatton out boxed him and so did Naoufel Ben Rabah. he got credit for the win but the wrong guy won. I just can't see him beating too many A level fighters, although he always has a punchers chance. This doesn't mean I don't like the guy 'cause he's fun to watch but....

He was destroyed by Hatton, he's not that top caliber player, but solid, decent fighter

    probably
Destroyed? Hardly. Hatton looked gassed by the end of that fight and Urango's strength and heavy body punching probably had something to do with it.

Wild as hell. His punches are very round. He doesn't cut off the ring as effectively as he could. Kinda slow, also. But he has very good upper body strength and a lot of power in his fists. If he manages to get in range, or on the inside, you are in a lot of trouble.

I think for the reasons mentioned above he'll struggle with a good outboxer or counterpuncher. Just like he did with Ben Rabah. He was fortunate that night.

think all 3 judges scored it 119-109 to hatton. urango got his head boxed off.

Did you see the fight? Hatton ran the last 4 rounds and Urango won 4-5 rounds and had Hatton squeeling at 1 point with a left hook to the body

hatton boxed his arse off for the first half of the fight, some place around the 6th or 7th urango hit hatton in the gut and hatton was totally gassed for the rest of the fight.

at that point in time everyone was like "hattons ****, he cant even beat this bum", fact remains that no matter who you are if urango tags you, your going to know about it.

he is a decent fighter with awsome power.

It was around the 5th that Urango scored a brutal left hook to the liver, I had Juan winning that round he really did some damage. I said after he beat Urango, and JLC scraped a lcuky win over Ngoudjo, Castillo doesn't have anything on this beast. Urango is slow as mollasses though but hes as strong as an oxx

i watched this fight twice and yes hatton boxed going backwards for the 2nd half of it but you are talking out of your ass if you think urango won 4-5 rounds. all 3 judges gave urango 1 round, i'd have given urango 2 rounds at the most, he got his head boxed off.

Dear me, what a silly comment. He's been hurt to the body once in 45 fights and now it exposes some chronic "lack of gas" comment. There are some fighters out there who would be a threat to beat Hatton, but I'm not sure about Campbell. Whilst I give him credit for his big win over Diaz, there have been too many losses or poor showings on his part for me to class him as anything approaching elite.
