I would love to see Urango win. Like san rafael says, if he can take bertos punches he has a big chance of winning.

i was wondering If Urango wins, will he go back to 140 or would he stay at 147?

Urango. Berto lost his last fight, but was given a biased gift.

Yep, Berto does not have to do much because the judges and referee are on his side.

HBO has had some boring fights.

Good fight for Berto to work on his boxing skills. Urango is a horse at 140 and strong enough to bring his power up to 147 however he needs to get on the inside to land his big right hook. Coming off of the Collazo fight who is a south paw that was able to buzz him early, I would expect Berto to utilize his speed and box Urango on the outside. I see Berto throwing his jab more and being less engaging than he has throughout his career. I'm picking Berto by UD but an Urango ko win wouldn't shock me if it happened.

140 to 147 is a huge step up in weight, so Urango's advantages are going to be nullified a bit. Berto is a very stocky welterweight coming into fights at around 160+. He should be able to hold his ground and land precise, accurate shots against a crude, slow slugger.

It was a close fight for one and the ref prematurely deducted Berto a point for holding. It was also an incredible fight with a dramatic conclusion do I'd say your post is a complete failure. :-(

How is Urango automatically getting a shot at Berto's title stepping up to Welter for the first time?

It's quite obvious that he was hand picked by team Berto.

I would agree that Urango's power should not be taken lightly by Berto but if he fights the correct fight Berto can make it an easy night.

True Berto has the skills but i tink hes too stubborn at times and might make a lot of unnecessary mistakes. I think this is going toend up being a great fight.
